Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Use Threadly's basic features forever with no credit card required. Upgrade to Pro when you need unlimited scale and advanced features.
How does seat-based pricing work?
Pro is $39/month per seat. A seat is anyone who can create or send messages in Threadly. Recipients don't count. Minimum 1 seat required.
What happens when I add or remove seats?
Adding a seat gives immediate access and charges a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing cycle. Removing a seat takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle - the user keeps access until then.
What's the difference between Free and Pro analytics?
Free shows engagement counts (e.g., '12 people clicked'). Pro shows who engaged (e.g., 'John Smith clicked at 2:30pm'). This is critical for CS and partnerships teams who need to know exactly who to follow up with.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No penalties. Your plan stays active until the billing period ends.
How does Free plan messaging work?
Free users can send messages to individual channels one at a time (manual selection). Pro users get access to Groups and Segments to organize and message multiple channels at once, plus dynamic CRM-synced segments.
