A user is someone who sends messages with Threadly. Channel members and those interacting with your messages are always free.
What is a Dynamic Channel Group?
A Dynamic Channel Group is a unique group of channels that automatically refreshes based off criteria you provide from sources like Slack, Attio, HubSpot, and more.
What is the Channel Grouping Assistant?
Upon joining new channels, Threadly can prompt you to add this channel to a Channel Group, or to a record in your CRM.
What Threadly branding is on the free plan?
Messages are signed with a "Sent with Threadly."
Do you offer a trial?
Our free plan offers a really good taste of what Threadly has to offer.
Can I add/remove users as necessary?
Sure can. On our Premium plan, there's a minimum of 1 user. Each month, we assess a users usage in the last 30 days to determine their billing status.
How does billing work?
Plans are per workspace.
